Our 40mm x 40mm x 5mm Mild Steel T Bar is supplied for professional fabrication, construction, maintenance and general engineering. Mild Steel T Bar, also called a steel T section or tee section, has a flange and central stem that provide a useful combination of stiffness and compact support.

Material grade: Normally supplied as S275JR to BS EN 10025-2.

Custom cutting and processing

Order cut to your required length. Standard cutting tolerance is ±3 mm. Products are supplied as-cut and are not deburred. Drilling and selected decorative or protective finishes may also be available; submit your drawing or contact K I Metals to discuss your requirements.

Surface condition and safety

Mild steel may show mill scale, light surface marks or minor oxidation from storage and handling. Cut metal can have sharp edges and may retain burrs. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection when handling, fabricating or installing this product.
