Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped out by a dedicated, trackable courier service to the address specified at the time of ordering.
We will usually process the order next day and our fastest delivery courier is Next day Service by DHL & DX (which is estimated and not guaranteed). We intend to get all orders to be delivered as soon as possible subject to availability of stock. It may take longer if we do not have the stock for any items from your order. Our standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days; however, this is simply an estimate; your item may arrive sooner or take longer if we do not have stock on hand. Furthermore, shipping of some of our products may take longer than 2 to 3 days due to their length and weight (will not be more than 30 days of placing your order).
The estimated time for delivery between 8 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday.
If you require a delivery on specific day, you can do so by emailing us on [email protected]. Should you require a delivery for your order on a Saturday, there will be an extra charge and also any specific time slot. We will confirm this on an email when we provide you with options for such type of express deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE: While we will send your item via the service you choose, we CANNOT guarantee delivery on the times and dates you specify, as this is a third-party service beyond our control. Please wait until you receive your delivery before arranging any fitting services or workmen; we cannot be held responsible or liable for any losses, damages, charges, or expenditures incurred as a result of any delivery delay. Some parts of the UK, such as islands or isolated places, may not be able to get the AM or Saturday service; if this is the case, we will notify you and reimburse any additional fees.
On orders that are long, heavy, or are being delivered to an offshore address, we have the right to charge additional delivery fees. If any additional charges apply, we will notify you after receiving your order before dispatching it.
Please note that because we employ a courier service, we are required to charge VAT on delivery, which is detailed in the table below.

Delivery will be free if the value of your order is £100 or more (excluding VAT). This is for only England, Wales & Central Scotland. The free postage and packing does not include for Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly
Orders up to £200.00 exc. VAT are delivered for free to a Central Scotland address.
Deliveries to an address in the Scottish Highlands are free up to the value of £220.00 exc. VAT.
We regret that we are unable to provide free delivery to other areas.
Any orders that fall below the aforementioned thresholds will be charged the following delivery fees:

Please call us on 01213283380 to check your order is ready for collection and to schedule a pickup time. Please note that we may ask for identification and/or to view the card used to purchase the items for security reasons; please have a copy of the order or the order number with you. Please note that goods purchased with PayPal cannot be picked up. We would also like to point out that unless the items have been paid for prior to pick up, any mandatory cutting will not be done until you arrive and the goods have been paid for. As a result, it’s possible that you’ll have to wait for your order.
This may seem self-evident, but 3m and 6m lengths of steel are hefty, and household cars are not designed to transport these types of goods. Please make sure you have proper methods of securing items safely, and that the means of transporting the goods are safe and legal.

Payments & Delivery via PayPal
If paying with PayPal, it is the duty of the customer to confirm that the PayPal address is correct on PayPal. If the PayPal address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the correct delivery address. Please keep in mind that The KI Metals does not have access to PayPal accounts and cannot change any of the information. The KI Metals reserves the right to charge for re-delivery of any products shipped to the incorrect address if we are not informed of the proper delivery address. The KIMetals shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, penalties, or expenditures incurred as a result of any delivery delays or deliveries to erroneous addresses.
