Returns Policy

KI Metals offers hassle free returns service for unwanted goods. We will arrange the collection with an additional fee and subject to any restrictions below, we will get the returns collected by one of our preferred couriers (I.e., Hermes, DHL & DX ). Once payment is received, we will contact you to ask you for your convenient day and time for collection.

Once we have received your order we will inspect and process the refund subject to inspection.

Please read the following points to ensure that you are fully informed of our terms and conditions in the event that your collection is lost or damaged by carrier service. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms and conditions indicated below.

  • Products should be returned within 14 days, in original undamaged packaging, with all accessories, parts, instructions, and any complimentary gifts, along with the Delivery Note.
  • Our refund policy works in tandem with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to terminate your contract with us within 14 working days after delivery (for example, if your goods are unwanted). The cost of returning the items to us will be your responsibility, and the goods must be returned in compliance with the foregoing terms. B2B transactions, as well as bespoke or special orders, are exempt from the distance selling laws.
  • KI Metals and our couriers will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • We recommend that the items are packaged as securely as possible to avoid damage and allow for the refund to be processed.
  • If the goods are damaged during transportation, no refund will be given, and the carriage charge will not be refunded.
  • If the items are damaged in transportation, no refund will be given, and the carriage money will not be reimbursed.
  • If you received free delivery, we will not reimburse the original shipping fee or the expense to us of delivering the items to you. Returns on special or bespoke orders are not accepted.
  • We retain the right to refuse a refund or reduce the amount of the refund to reflect the state of the goods if we discover that a product has not been returned to us in completely resalable shape or that the packaging has been damaged.
  • All collections are at the risk of the purchaser.
  • Due to our carrier’s (I.e., Hermes, DHL & Tuffnells) liability insurance, this is an uninsured collection service.
  • After we receive and inspect the products, any refund owed will be refunded to the original card of purchase within 3-5 working days.
