11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will be available on request or on our website where published.
Please be informed that, starting on the 13th of December, numerous steel companies will initiate seasonal closures.
We would like to clarify that our operations will continue uninterrupted, with the exception of bank holidays. We are committed to making every effort to fulfill orders received prior to the New Year within the estimated delivery timelines.
If your order is time-sensitive, we kindly request that you contact us before placing any orders. Please be aware that once an order is customized and has entered our system, we are unable to cancel it or accept returns for customized, made-to-order products.
Furthermore, it is important to note that there may be instances where specific items are out of stock or where galvanizing processes may take longer than anticipated, extending beyond the New Year.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period, as we will be relying on stock replenishment and the capacity of our galvanizers to fulfill your orders.
Thank you for your cooperation.
I hereby confirm that I have reviewed the aforementioned information and would like to proceed with the order.
